I love to travel, I like what it brings me: exploration, surprises, discovery places, cultures and people.

The total, sometimes brief, immersion in cultures has allowed me to have this open-mindedness towards difference and boundless human curiosity.

I am passionate about psychology and sociology human.

To combine the two aspects, throughout my travels, I identify my strengths in the face of good and bad surprises, I feed my need for learning and share and I continue to build my balance, to draw my own chart then to walk and convey these values around me.

I decided to become a coach after 20 years of supporting change in the company, Coaching individuals and groups to define their own map and to be in accordance with their codes and values, to facilitate decision-making and choice even if it means making a mistake and starting over.

I practice coaching in a professional context in business, for the group cohesion and outside in accompaniment individual.

And like an endless journey, supporting my clients allows me to tirelessly progress in my learning, highlight my areas of improvement and recognize my achievements.
